Rules and Regulations of School

  • All the students need to report in the school regularly & punctually with complete uniform, books copies and study material. They have to maintain discipline everywhere as it is key to their success.
  • Prayer for leave in the form of application should reach Principal only through the respective class teacher of a student.
  • No student is allowed to be absent himself/herself from the class without obtaining prior permission of leave.
  • Books (Other than those prescribed by the teachers) and magazines are not allowed into the classroom without the permission of teachers.
  • No groupism should be created in the school. No function should be organized without the approval of the Principal.
  • Parents are welcome to contact the Principal about the progress of their child.
  • Parents/Guardian is not allowed to come to school at their own sweet will and meet the Principal or teachers and disturb the school discipline.
  • Extra coaching in vacations for slow learners or completion of course etc. is the sole discretion of staff council’s decision.  It will be noticed prior to the concerned vacation when need for such classes are felt.
  • Parents can check the copies of exams, of their wards in the parents meeting following 1st exam excluding, class IX & X.
  • Doubt clearance, receipt of certificate, payment of any kind etc. is to be communicated within school hour i.e 8 a.m to 12 noon only.
  • Re-admission to the next class is to be done within 15th April or else the child can’t appear in periodic tests, half yearly and annual exam.
  • All need to report on the re-opening class after all vacations. So do all need to leave the school on the last working day of all vacations?
  • Only parents and Local Guardian can visit the child during visiting hour but other are not allowed if authorisation is not there.

 

Rules and Regulations of Hostel

The hostel provides accommodation taking into account the need of the students for a healthy living. There is house master to guide the activities the students including three hours evening coaching class to support & strengthen the academic standards of the students.

  • The boarders are wanted that 90% attendance is required for promotion.
  • The boarders should wash their own utensils themselves. ( from IV to XII )
  • Food and any other materials from outside of the school are strictly prohibited.
  • No one can go out of the campus without the permission of the Principal Leading or borrowing money and other articles are not permitted in the school.
  • No one is allowed to keep any valuable and costly items, cash/ mobile / electronic items etc. For any kind of missing or theft or anything the authority will not be responsible. Instead those items will be seized and not refundable. Also a heavy fine will be imposed on the errant student. (  around 1000 )
  • There are three pairs of hostel uniform are to be used in the hostel only.  There are two pairs of sport uniform to be used in games time & in morning P.E.T. White canvas shoes are to be used during morning PET, games & drill time.
  • Guardian are not allow to meet their wards without the permission of superintend.
  • All sorts’ communication are to be done through office.
  •  Extra leave for the student requested by the guardian is strictly prohibited. It may be decide only in the presence of the principal.
  • All parents and guardian are requested to wait in the waiting room/guest room of the Vidyalaya to meet their wards.
  • Parents  are required to take and leave their children with them at the time of vacation or else they should give due authorisation to someone who would take or leave their children. All parents of class X & XII students ought to come on the last day of the Board Examination to take their children on the same day.
  • Prayer of any kind through application should reach superintend & Principal only through the respective house masters of borders.
  • Evening prayer and Morning Prayer are compulsory for the boarders. If anyone is absent, he must get prior permission from PET.
  • During school hour/ study hours, no one is allowed to move to the STD booth.
  • Before going to booth , one must get prior permission from the House Master/ Teacher.
  • There is no provision to entertain any visitor after 1 o’ clock.
  • Celebrating festival day and birth day individually by the students are wearing new clothes is not allowed.
  • Carrying food from mess to room is not allowed. Only sick meal is allowed with permission of house master/Superintendent.

LIBRARY:-

  • No book shall be taken out of the library without the permission of the librarian.
  • A student/border can keep a book issued to him/her for a week. In case of missing or torn a fine of Rs 5.00 per day will be charged for each book. The fine will be realized from him/her along with school fee of the month.
  • For use in reading room ordinarily one book or journal at a time may be issued to every student.
  • If a book is lost or damage the student has to pay double the cost of the book along with the fine accrued. If price of the lost book cannot be ascertained he/she should pay the amount fixed by the Principal.
  • Maximum 5 books to the teachers and two books to the students may be issued at a time.
  • In case of retaining the book for more days, the book has to be reissued for a period of four weeks but not more than that. Books should be returned before all vacations.
